Vuitton's blabberings of the day:
It's been 3 weeks since I returned from Swiss. Everything seems to have gone back to normal again. While dealing with unemployment and constant nagging from my mom, I can't help but wish to go back to the times when studying was my mine priority. Like wise men say, savour your studying years, because once you step into the working society, you'd wish you were back being a student again.
So, now I'm currently "helping" my dad in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh. Ok I admit I have not helped much, (ok none, actually) since I arrived on Saturday. I have been, and I confess, loafing at my dad's apartment, watching soapy heart-wrenching movies such as Sense and Sensibility, getting all hyped up and goo-gooing over Alan Rickman (who by the way is like 60 years old already!), watching Ugly Betty, still salivating over nerdy character "Henry" (as portrayed by Christopher Gorham), watching stupid Superman spinoff Smallville, and eating away 2000 (or more) carbs everyday that seem to have taken a liking into settling on my tummy.
So it seems that my career is put on hiatus until notice from either one of the 100s of companies that I sent resume to. Perhaps it's time I send them convincing letters that probably should start with:
"Dear company staff,
Please stop wasting our time. Please just make up your mind already and send me the bl**dy contract!"
Yours sincerely,
A -man - outofjob-daSeriously? Yes, seriously. Fresh grads like us are feeling the pinch! with no job, how can i go japan in in sep?! airfares are ridiculously cheap! ANA is offering SGD482.00 2-way! taxes included already!!! but the catch is min. 2 travelling people -_-
